Auto coverage: Vehicle insurance may be described in your contract, as insurance/contract purchased for vehicles, trucks and other vehicles. Its principal use is to provide protection against losses incurred as a result of car accidents and against liability that could be incurred in an accident. It is mandatory to purchase car insurance before driving on the roads. Penalties for driving without auto coverage vary from state to state but often involve a considerable fine, license and /or registration can be revoked. Liability insurance covers claims against the policy holder and generally, any other operator of the insured vehicles.
